La Iglesia del Sagrario se encuentra en la Plaza de Alonso Cano. Su construcción se data en 1704 y esta adosada a la Catedral. En este lugar se ubicaba parte de la antigua mezquita. Tiene planta de cruz griega y en su interior se cuelgan magníficos cuadros del siglo XV y XVI y podemos gozar de una maravillosa pila bautismal de tipo renacentista. En realidad fue un autentico espacio funerario. En la zona del al Altar Mayor, el escultor José Bada talló un precioso tabernáculo en mármol coloreado, con una imagen que reproduce la de la Inmaculada de Alonso Cano. El pie del púlpito consta de un perro y una pantera, tallas de Pedro Tomás Valero. En pocos meses, será un lugar muy especial para mi, donde culminara otra nueva etapa de mi vida. Feliz miércoles
